Jackie Maksimov

Jackie Maksimov is a senior transition consultant on Raisa’s team. She helps with the initial assessments for clients long term care needs by narrowing down possible care paths that each client may have to ensure they thrive in long-term care. She will come alongside you and help lead tours of possible care communities, provide excellent education of the process and share all the information that you will need.

At the age of 16, Jackie earned her CNA at a skills center In Vancouver, Wa and began working in a memory care company. Because of her good work ethic and loving care for others, she quickly became a supervisor at the age of 18. She then transitioned to in-home care, specializing in dementia and memory care patients. From there she worked in hospice and later went back to school to further her nursing degree. While in school and after she was providing advanced specialized in home nursing care for clients with complex medical issues and degenerative illnesses.

When her Grandmother suffered a stroke she chose to oversee and coordinate her care rather than choosing to work. She knew that her Grandmother needed the best care and that she could help provide it. She took care of her for more than two years until her passing.

Jackie has been married for 15 years and has two beautiful children. On the side she helps serve others in her community (especially seniors) and joins local churches through outreaches. She loves what she does at FVAPA and looks forward to giving the best care to you and your loved ones.
